Flatirons, Inc. offers competitive wages and benefit packages. We provide medical and dental insurance for employees with a small employee contribution, and contribute 50% toward the additional cost of coverage for family members of employees. After one year of employment, full-time employees are eligible for enrollment in our SIMPLE Individual Retirement Account, to which the Company also contributes.
