Flatirons, Inc. has staff experienced in planning and project management from initial land acquisition to final build-out. We provide developer representation of projects before various governing authorities including City Councils, Planning Commissions,and Boards of County Commissioners. Our representation can facilitate the smooth transition of the developer's project from concept to completion by balancing the requirements of the governing agency with the needs of the developer. Flatirons' involvement in past projects, under the direction of both the governing agency and the land developer, has given us a unique insight into the relationship between the two parties. This allows us to anticipate the needs of all parties in a way that can streamline the review process. The result is a savings in both time and expense to the developer.
In addition to these services and the land surveying required for any development project, we can provide ancillary services such as subdivision layout, three dimensional terrain and improvement renderings, quantity takeoffs, volume calculations, construction cost estimates, and preparation of exhibits to be used at public hearings and other meetings. Exhibits can help the governing agency review the proposed project using information that is more intuitive than construction plans or other technical specifications. We are also experienced in conducting neighborhood meetings for politically sensitive projects.
